1. Acceptance Of These Terms
Welcome to Poievia™. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Poievia™ application, website, and services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Your Account
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately through the Support page if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
The Service offers a free Starter plan and paid Premium plans. Premium is a 12-month subscription at $19/month, billed once as $228 annually, that renews automatically until canceled. You may cancel anytime; cancellation stops future charges and you retain access until the end of the paid year. All prices displayed are limited-time launch discounts: renewals are charged at the standard rate in effect at each renewal, which may be substantially higher than the launch rate and may increase at any time without prior notice.
4. Founders Lifetime
The Founders Lifetime package ($349, one time) grants the premium feature set for the lifetime of the Service, limited to the first 500 purchasers. It is a one-time payment with no recurring charges. If the Service is ever discontinued, lifetime access naturally ends; in that event we will provide reasonable notice and an export window for your work.
5. AI Assist Credits
AI features are metered as AI assists, one credit per use. Each plan includes a monthly allowance (Starter 25, Premium 200, Founders Lifetime 500) that resets at the start of each calendar month and does not roll over. One-time credit packs may be purchased from the Credits page; purchased credits never expire, are applied only after the monthly allowance is used, and are non-refundable. Allowances and pack pricing may change as standard rates increase; credits you have already purchased are not affected.
6. Refunds
The Service is a digital product: its full value is delivered — and can be exported — from the moment you begin using it. For this reason, all purchases are final and non-refundable, including monthly and annual subscription charges and the Founders Lifetime payment. Canceling a subscription stops future charges but does not refund the current period. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
7. Your Content & Ownership
You retain all rights to everything you write, upload, or create in Poievia™ — including manuscripts, notes, and story materials ("Your Content"). We claim no ownership of Your Content. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store Your Content and operate the Service's features for you. You may export or delete Your Content at any time.
8. AI Assistance Disclosure
Poievia™ uses artificial intelligence to organize ideas, ask guiding questions, analyze drafts, and suggest revisions. AI output is suggestion only: it may be inaccurate or incomplete, and it is never a substitute for your judgment. We never silently change your words, canon, or outline — every AI interpretation is presented for your review, and you approve or reject it. Do not rely on AI output as legal, financial, or professional advice.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to infringe others' rights, to store or publish unlawful or harmful content, to attempt to breach security or access other users' data, to reverse-engineer the Service, or to resell access without permission.
10. Availability & Changes
We work to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may add, change, or remove features, and may limit usage to protect the Service's quality and stability.
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Poievia™ provides writing guidance and tools; it does not guarantee publication, representation, sales results, or any particular outcome for your book.
12. Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Poievia™ and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or opportunities arising from your use of the Service.
13. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; export Your Content before closing your account.
14. Changes To These Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the app; continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. The date below always reflects the current version.
