2. Information We Collect
Account information: your name and email address when you register. Content you create: manuscripts, notes, brain-dumps, and story materials you write or upload ("Your Content"). Usage information: how you interact with the Service, such as pages visited and features used, which helps us improve.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide the Service: storing your projects, syncing your work, processing payments, authenticating you, sending account-related messages (like password resets), and understanding how the Service is used so we can improve it.
4. AI Processing Of Your Content
Poievia™ uses third-party AI providers to power features like idea organization, draft analysis, and revision suggestions. When you use these features, relevant portions of Your Content are sent to these providers to generate the assistance you request. Your Content is processed only to respond to your requests — we do not use Your Content to train models, and we claim no ownership of it.
5. Sharing
We share information only with the service providers that operate the Service (hosting, payment processing, authentication, and AI providers described above), and only as needed to provide the Service. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information when required by law.
6. Storage & Security
Your data is stored with industry-standard protections. Each author's projects are isolated so only you can access them. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and never store payment card details — payments are handled entirely by our payment processor.
7. Retention & Deletion
We keep Your Content for as long as your account is active so the Service can function. You can delete individual projects at any time, and you may request deletion of your account and associated data through the Support page.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. You can export your manuscript through the Export Package at any time. To exercise any right, contact us through the Support page.
9. Children
The Service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
10. Changes To This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be announced in the app, and the date below will reflect the current version.
