How do I start my first book?
Open Start Here from the app menu — it walks you through every entry point, from a brand-new idea to importing an existing manuscript.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
Use the forgot-password link on the log-in page and we'll email you a reset link.
How do I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel?
Open Pricing from the menu. Subscriptions renew automatically and can be canceled anytime — you keep access until the end of the paid period.
Is my work backed up?
Yes. Everything you write is saved to your account as you work, and your manuscript stays yours — you can export it anytime from Export Package.
